New Sewing Project

My friend Emma has enlisted my help in making a gift for her friend's baby shower.  I'm going to attempt this dress (only smaller and a different color) for her friend.

I went to Joann's today and picked out fabric and all the accessories.

I chose this plum colored satin for the dress.

And this lavender ribbon for the waist band.
