6505
Two years ago today 4 brave guardians were taken from us. Their wives, children, parents, siblings, and friends lives were changed forever. Last year, a memorial for the flight crews of 6505 and 1420 was unveiled at Air Station Barbers Point, HI. If you have a moment today, please take one to remember these men and think of their families. One of them, Josh Nichols, was my husband's older brother. We miss him every day and think of him often, but we take comfort in the fact that he lived his life to the fullest. He was a hero. A loving husband to his wife Danielle, a devoted father to his daughter, Monica, and son, Ty, and he was a good man.
There is a facebook page that's been created in honor of these men, if you have a chance, you should definitely check it out. http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=136263929752061&ref=nf.
