SWE
James is taking his SWE (Service Wide Exam) right now as I'm typing this. Hopefully he will do well and it won't be too long before he makes E-5. I know he's really nervous, but I'm sure he will be fine. He's been studying like crazy and I know he knows his stuff. So cross your fingers for him...I'll let you all know how it goes.

I know he'll do well. If he wants something, he puts total effort into accomplishing it.
